Picture This was recently highlighted in a government White Paper on Informal Learning as a stand-out example of people learning effectively online, largely from one another.
In the wake of the launch event for that White Paper at Tate Modern, an email came through to Picture This this week from Homeless Link, a charity for the homeless who were present at the event. The email concluded by letting us know that Homeless Link service users are now using Picture This wherever they are offered photography projects.

From the Latin introspicere, "to look within", introspection is the observation or examination of one's own mental and emotional state, and mental processes. Expressed through photography this can produce powerful, emotive, and often unsettling images which communicate intimately.
