Great idea - A tortured self-portrait, with long exposure (I imagine!). I'd love to see it without the text, as I feel the image is a strong one.

Hiya the light box is home made and basically is a box that holds a stencil on the front and a flash inside. The box keeps the light focused on the stencil and doesn't allow 'seepage'. The picture isn't edited other than to convert it to b/w so there is no way of showing the picture without the text as it is all done in one shot. ;)
