beggers belief
Whilst walking down the Ramblas in Barcelona there was a beggar playing rather annoying tunes on a kazoo and in front on him sat a rather unamused dog in a hat and shades alongside what i thought was another dog but on return home and closer inspection found is a toy dog! he occasionally did a little dance to the tunes most likely in fear of a smack or no leftover tapas that night! Strange but oddly charming in a twisted way.
