To rate a Photo:

This image is taken from a project that I am currently working on that has been inspired by the photographers Uta Barth and Rut Blees Luxemburg. The project is based on looking at city's at night,with a sence of confusion and disorientation. By having the images blurred with the bright lights gives the pictures an abstact feel which would give the viewer a sence of discomfort when looking at the images, much like the feeling one gets if lost within a city. I had this in mind when shooting these shots as I went into the leeser known areas of Leeds and Manchester to capture what I wanted. The project is not yet finnished. I hope to have around 30 images when the project is done printed at large scale. By having large scale prints this would also add to effect as the viewer would have to stand back from the image to fully see what they are looking at.
