  What an intriguing image - I just had to have a closer look. I really like the anonymous and unusual self-portrait. But how did you do it? I can see a mirror image, but what else did you do?

  simply use the photobooth application on an imac computer and move until you get the desired effect. theres loads of other effetcs on this program as well.
