Balloons!
My fiancee and I were on holiday in LA and we went to disneyland. These were the balloons they gave out at night and they light up!. This photo was just taken with a basic digital with a flash on at night
This photo has been digitally retouched.
All i did was increase the brightness using my computer, but this was a very minor tweek.
