  The reflections in the serene water show that this old boathouse has had some really happy times - and even in b/w it has no evil connotations to it.

  I think it may be a little too dark, but it was the only way to really highlight its decay and to also have the reflections stand out. Any lighter and I found it lost the impact. All in all, I really prefer version 3! Thanks for comment
