The feel of this is wonderful and conveys the whole mood of practicing her music. I do yearn for a little bit of sharpness on the music stand in the foreground though.

I feel it is a shame that the cellist appears to be masked by her stand perhaps the stand and her should be bolder.

It would have been obvious to frame the player directly but I love your angle and viewpoint. Its as if the viewer is peeking without permission. Photography [for me anyway] is about viewing from a different perspective and, achieving asthetic value. In my humble opinion the value comes initially from the artist and choice of subject, angle, technique etc but is then added and apprecaited by the viewer. Each shot will evoke [hopefully] some emotion or reaction from the viewer and as a musician I enjoyed your image a great deal. Nice work.

Thanks Denis I totally appreciate where you are coming from. The thing I have learnt from this site is there are a number of audiences out there who do not share the same views. This is why I like to experiment with all techniques and I am not afraid of failure as it produces another learning curve and that's always a good thing.
