  I wouldn't say it was overcrowded at all, I think it might be improved with croppng to take out the bottom so that the lanterns feel like they are overwhelming the camera. It would reduce the red as well by taking out the building at the bottom right of the picture. Maybe you could even isolate the red of the lanterns and black and white the rest of the picture. I like the picture because you have concentrated on the lanterns and not put anything else in. It has a feeling of movement as well.
