Victrix!
I studied art at college (including photography) and then did Historic Decorative crafts at Uni, which lead me into a freelance career as a restorer of stately homes, cabinet-making and then TV, theatre and film set design and specialist painting. All through my career I have been taking photographs of one thing or another and have always taken the art of taking photos seriously, investing in fully manual cameras and then into the digital age - I am still trying to get to grips with the different skillset needed between film and digital photography.

I find nature awe inspiring, the fact that we have no control over it and it can be so powerful, colourful and destructive I prefer to capture the amazing colours of sunsets and sunrises, clouds, frosts, flora and fauna. But I also love wildlife and people
