I installed the whole 40D thingy and it looked just fine but when I tried to view a program it wouldn't let me 'cause I don't live in the UK or Eire. That sucks :(

thanks for your comment. Yes I wanted to do the teadance project because to me it seemed like anti-fashion. But, I think you can guess I am a fashion photographer at heart. Yuo should check out some of Martin Parrs fashion work- truly original and brilliant. Anyway- its a really shame you miss out on the show as you can get a true feel for what this website is about.The programme is the best. maybe check out youtube and it could be on there eventually. best of luck with your photography

ps- it wasn't typical documentary work i wanted to do. Rather than focus on indvidual portrait of people, I wanted to focus on the event and people as a whole. I have tried to capture the movement of the dance and when the work was exhibited, I displayed 12 images in collections of squares made of 4 pictures. this was to echo the way dance formation and how tea dancers move around the dance floor.

on the end of the programme last week they show a couple of internet entries, they dont talk about them they are just used for the end credits and the very last one was your 'learning from grandma'. i only recognised it because i had left you a comment the day before and looked at your photos. x
